DUTIES AND TAXES
As per new Government Law of United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to the majority of transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.

SHIPPING
Courier deliveries within Malaysia cost from RM 8 onwards .We deliver across the West Malaysia within 4 working days . We will always try to have your order with you as soon as possible. If your order is urgent we advise you to contact us first. We cannot accept responsibility for missed or late deliveries.Please make sure to use a valid Malaysia shipping address. We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
REFUND POLICY
All SG Letters products are checked before they are shipped out. There may be very slight variances among pieces, such as size and color due to screen colors. All orders which are personalised will not be refunded or exchanged. If your are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us by email within 4 working days and would would be happy to refund of exchange the product for you, minus shipping cost. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange or replace the item. Please notify us via email and return the faulty or damaged item(s) to us within 4 days after receiving your order. If instead you wish to receive a refund, please notify us within 4 days after receiving your order. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
